In 2005 Real Events were short-listed (one of five small to medium sized companies) for the SMA Small Firms' Association Company of the Year.
In 2005, Real Events also won another significant Government tender for a three year contract to implement the Bord BÍA/EU funded winning Food Dudes Healthy Eating programme in schools.

In 2004, Real Events was short-listed for the IDMA Direct Marketing awards for the Wella Shockwaves Unsigned New Music Competition to bring creative projects into Northern Ireland's schools.
