  • Real Events win contract to develop and manage John West’s Brainfood Fantasy Writing Competition for schools.

  • Real Events tasked with redeveloping the sponsorship platform for Murphy’s. Real Events create “Murphy’s Little Big Nights Out & Big Night Out series – the best in food, music and cinematic events.
  • Real Events won the Contract to develop and manage Bord Gais Energy Capture The Power Photography Competition and Energy Festival.
  • Real Events was short-listed in the services category for the Small Firms Association Awards.
  • Real Events appointed to develop and manage the Barnardos Fundraising Innovation Awards (second-level initiative).
  • Real Events won the contract to run The Green Planet Awards, a third-level initiative to promote awareness about environmental issues.

2007

  • In 2007 following Real Events successful development, management and implementation Real Events was awarded the government tender for the national rollout of the Food Dudes Healthy Eating Programme to all primary schools in Ireland.
  • Real Events won a repeat tender from Forfás, to produce nationwide events for The Discover Primary Science Awards.
  • Real Events secured the tender for a prestigious energy awareness campaign - the Power of One Good Idea funded by the Department of Communications Energy and Natural Resources.
  • Real Events won the repeat tender to manage the Irish Aid Global Schools Awards for the Dept of Foreign Affairs.
  • Real Events won the repeat tender to manage the treasure hunt aspect of Engineered! A Week of Wonder!

2006

  • In 2006, Real Events was awarded the government tender to produce nationwide events for The Discover Primary Science Awards by Forfás.
  • Real Events also secured the Department of Foreign Affairs tender to run Our World Children's Awards.
  • The Food Dudes Healthy Eating Programme won a prestigious World Health Organisation Award.

2005

  • In 2005 Real Events were short-listed (one of five small to medium sized companies) for the SMA Small Firms' Association Company of the Year.
  • In 2005, Real Events also won another significant Government tender for a three year contract to implement the Bord BÍA/EU funded winning Food Dudes Healthy Eating programme in schools.

2004

  • In 2004, Real Events was short-listed for the IDMA Direct Marketing awards for the Wella Shockwaves Unsigned New Music Competition to bring creative projects into Northern Ireland's schools.
  • In this year, Real Events was also successful in winning the national rollout of a substantial national Government tender; DCI Children's Media Awards.

2002

  • In 2002, Real Events won the IDEA Award for Design Excellence for the material of The Coca Cola Form and Fusion Design Awards.
  • In this year, Real Events was also awarded Northern Ireland's Department of Culture and Leisure (DCAL) Creativity Seed Fund.

2001

  • In 2001 Real Events flagship event The Coca Cola Form and Fusion Design Awards won a certificate for Communication Excellence from The Public institute/PRCA Ireland and Institute of PR in Northern Ireland.
